Email won’t work with IPhone mail app
Last week we had to replace our modem which also resulted in a change in password to my Comcast email account. I have updated the password in my mail app settings, checked all the server information, cleared cache but it still doesn’t work.

Hello jhjh23 are you accessing Xfinity email using a third-party application such as Outlook? Are you able to log in directly to our Xfinity Email site and gain access?

what was the resolution to this problem? my email is also not working on iphone mail app or on outlook. thank you.
