email will not load via mobile apps/outlook when on wifi - server error
I cannot get my comcast.net emails to load on my tablet/phone/outlook while connected to my home wifi. This has been happening for the last 3 days. I have uninstalled/reinstalled apps, confirmed IMAP settings are correct, and restarted my router. I am outside of Xfinity internet service area and connected via fiber internet. I have not changed any of my wifi settings. When I switch my mobile devices back to cellular coverage, my service is restored (emails load properly). I can connect to my email via the Xfinity website on wifi without issue. What are my options? Connecting via web browser to get my email is not sufficient, nor is switching to cellular every time I want to check email.
