I'm so frustrated right now.

I need assistance with email filters.  I cannot reach any one and the Xfinity Assistant will not offer me options that fit my situation.

How do I connect with a human?

I have filters set up with my email.  Some of them weren't working so I reached out.  The person that I chatted with said they would have to have a tech set the filters.  Spam is still coming through.

I just received an email that my post had 'received replies' ... yes, SEVEN DAYS AGO!  FROM ME!

Is there anyone at Xfinity that can assist me?!?  In a timely manner?

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Hi, Bruce, I would be more than willing to share my filters with a fellow customer!  I hate to be a total idiot but how do I DM you; if I click on your information it takes me to your profile but I don't see an option to DM there either.
