Email stuck loading

I haven't logged onto my email in over a year.  When I log onto the xfinity site and select the email option I'm stuck on the page with the "Welcome to Xfinity Connect We are now loading your email" message.  I've tried this on multiple devices and browsers and get the same issue.  Another message indicated that Xfinty had to reset an "email for life" option.  How do I get this done?

Hey @user_60i7h8, thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. Do you currently have service with us? If not, our website here states that you would need to log in within 90 days of disconnection and every nine months to keep it active.

I have the same issue, I have been a Comcast customer forever and my comcast.net email won't load. Please provide a solution.

@user_0kazmd I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with your email account. Are you trying to access your email at Xfinity.com or using an email client like outlook?

No New Email in Windows Email Version 16005.14326.21750.0 since this past Sunday, Dec. 10th, 2023?

If I log on to the Xfinity Email is clearly loads several dozen email recieved since this past Sunday - but only into the Xfinity app. Windows Mail is retrieving NONE.

I am not a new Subscriber or User to either Xfinity or Windows. Windows Mail was working without issue. Why is Mail not loading from

my Xfinity account? I never use the Xfinity account. I want my email via Windows Mail. Why is Xfinity not loading my email into Windows Mail?

I am posting this on 12-14-2023.
