Email Send from Apple Mail Not working

Email Send/Receive works fine from the Xfinity website.

Using Apple Mail, send mail is broken.  Everything was working fine several days ago.  

Send appears successful but never gets to recipient.  No error messages.

Receive mail on Apple Mail works fine

Connection to SMTP/IMAP is fine.  ID/Passwords are good.

Internet works fine

What is wrong with smtp.comcast.net that it will not complete the send?

user_cpkqbh Thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your email services. I know how important it is to have a working email. I use my Apple Mail a lot as well. Have you checked the email setting to ensure that everything is set up correct, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/third-party-email-access?

Update:

Access to third-party email programs is checked.

Apple Mail Send/Receive for my account has been working for years.

Xfinity Connect Mail works via website.  Send and Receive.

Apple mail sent to my wife's account @Comcast.net works.

Apple mail sent to other domains does not work.  ...but sending to other domains works when using Xfinity website email.

Again, this has stopped working about 1.5 weeks ago.

So, something has changed with smtp.comcast.net as it appears to be "filtering" our sends...

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
