Email search function is not working

Hi Folks, the email search function for [Edited: "Personal Information"] is not working.  Please help to resolve the issue.  I seen the post for ‎email search function is not working since 3/17/22 | Xfinity Community Forum and it is closed, I am wondering if this is related.
