-Go to the Xfinity Email Portal: Open your web browser and navigate to XFINITY Email Sign In.
-Sign In: Enter your Xfinity ID and password to log in to your account.
-Access Your Email: Once signed in, look for your email inbox or a link to access your email. This action should reactivate the account

 

If you have completed these steps, please confirm the last time you were able to successfully log in to your email.

I’m getting this error when clicking the link

Your inactive Comcast.net email account is now closed

We previously notified you that your inactive Comcast.net email account would be closed if you did not sign in within 90 days. Because you did not sign in, your email account is now closed, and all associated email data, including your email messages, contacts and email address, has been deleted.
