user_7123bq Thank you for reaching out. I see you updated your password with your Xfinity login, but you stopped getting emails on your iPad. I'm sure that has been frustrating and confusing, but we are here to help. You would also need to change the information on the email application you use on the tablet/iphone. Did you also update the password on your Apple Mail?
