Email not working

My email address is no longer receiving new emails for about a week. Please help. I can access it via Xfinity email but no new emails not even junk mail since last Thursday.

Can you send an email from the webmail UI?  Have you tried sending a test email to the account from some other one you have like Gmail or Outlook.com?

Good morning @chaten, and thanks for posting your issue to the Xfinity forums, I hope you are having a good week so far. As someone that has multiple email accounts for work and personal use, I know how frustrating it can be to not be able to send or receive email. You have come to the right place for this issue and myself or one of my teammates will be able to assist. There are a few settings that you can check on the website to see if they are causing any issues. There is a setting that will auto-forward emails to another email address. You can find the instructions on how to check that setting here. When you look in the settings, does it show that your emails are being forwarded?
