Email not sending on home wifi

Please advise. comcast email will not send from home Wi-Fi but works fine on cellular   Gmail works fine.

I am still online with customer support.  It has been 5 1/2 hours and no progress.  I will update publicly when the problem is resolved (if it is resolved).

This has been a very frustrating experience.  After multiple times of deleting the cache, removing the account, re-adding the account on all of my apple devices, I have moved to Edison Mail client for Comcast email only (Apple Mail client works fine for Gmail).

My husband’s Comcast email was having the same problem, from a Mozilla email client on a Windows machine.  It is now working with no changes/fixes.

I’m convinced this was a problem on Comcast’s end.

In case it helps someone else, to direct message, you are looking for the threads/conversations icon (not the envelope icon).  And there is no bell icon when viewing on a phone.

I am having the same issue where I cannot send email from my xfinity account from any wifi connection.  I cannot find any fix.
