Same here. It just resets and asks me for my Xfinity ID. When I try to search for my Xfinity ID using my email address, it tells me that cannot be a comcast.net email address (It's one I have had for the last 20+ years).

Hello @user_unjeej Did you have a chance to try the link shared by our Forums Expert @Again? The email addresses require you to login at xfinity.com/email at least once every 90 days. If you haven't done that you may be locked out. You can reset the password if it is a password issue, but if you are locked out and the link provided does not work, you may need to contact our Customer Security Assurance for assistance with this.
