Email link on Xfinity home page redirects back to home page. Can't access email.

When clicking on the email link on Xfinity home page, the page redirects back to home page instead of opening emails.  The address bar shows the following before redirecting back to the home page:  connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/#xfFailureCount=1

Thanks for any help in resolving.

I have the same issue. From multiple computers.  Oddly, I can still access xfinity email from my phone.

I am having the same problem for past 24 hours. Spoke with tech support with no help but would refer info to advanced repair who would contact me in a day but have not had response.  Can you give any advice????

We do appreciate you taking the time to make this post and bringing this concern to our attention. Currently, there is a known issue going on with the Xfinity Connect mailbox getting timed out after you sign-in and redirecting you to the Xfinity homepage. We are working hard to provide a resolution to this issue as soon as possible as we know it is important to be able to access your email. There is not currently an update on a temporary work around, but we will keep an eye on this for you and provide any updates here. Thank you so much for your patience with us while we work to get things back online and working with the email.

@ComcastKatieMS Thank you for the update about my email problem.  Today (3days later) my email started working again and I am not sure how it was corrected if you did it we did I.  If your team is working on a resolution and creates a fix would you share with us customers so we can be prepared to do our our fix if our email would once again decide to not load and revert to the homepage?

Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I can definitely understand the frustration if you aren't able to access your emails. Have you already tried logging out completely, then clearing your history, cache and cookies and logging back in? If you have and that didn't work have you attempted to log in using the browser in incognito mode?

@user_16d9e4 On your computer, go to your browser settings and clear out any cookies for xfinity.com.  Then close your browser and re-open it and go back to email.  You will have to sign in again.

This is exactly happening to me as well. When I click on the mail icon (envelope), Xfinity email is trying to load but then keeps redirecting me to https://my.xfinity.com/?cid=cust. My other two xfinity email accounts work fine, the email loads on the website, but not for my third one. Tried clearing cache, logged out/in, different browser etc but still cannot load the email page from the xfinity appsuite.
