Email issue

I've been trying to sign in to this account and it keeps sending to reset with this prompt. You'll need to connect to your home WiFi, then navigate to xfinity.com/password to complete a password reset. If you still need help, give us a call at [Edited: personal information]. This for an email account and I do have it linked, but nothing shows up in the folder. It's inaccessible

Hi @Dominicus, the loop that you are being sent in can usually be resolved by clearing your cache and cookies. Please follow the steps in the article listed below, and close all google chrome windows once complete. 

Clear cache and delete cookies in Google Chrome

Please use https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/ to access your comcast.net email. Let us know if these steps provide you with success!
