Email Infinitly Loading? Can not access it

Every time I try to access my comcast email the window loads, then resets and loads the page again.  This happens for about 5 to 10 minutes depending on the computer and then crashes the site.

Because of this I can not access my email. Can not view it or anything.

I can login to my xfinity account but when i click on the "check email" button the issue begins.
This issue also happens when trying to load my comcast email through outlook or any other email sorter programs.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
