Email from myself that I did not send

I logged onto my work email this morning and noticed 2 emails sent from my personal Comcast account overnight. Both were sent while I was sleeping. No one else in my family has access to my account. I thought it might be spoofing. So, I looked in my sent items and, sure enough, there they were! I immediately changed my password. How could this have happened? My password is pretty complex.
