Email from my personal domain going to SPAM for many Xfinity users.

@ComcastSPAAbusecan you help?

I have a personal domain that I use for a sporting organization. It has just come to my attention that any email I send from Outlook is sent to the SPAM folder for Xfinity users. When I send a bulk email from MailChimp the email is delivered.

This was happening when my mail host was with Godaddy, so I switched to Namecheap and it is still happening. I have setup all the required SPF, DKIM and DMARC DNS records for my domain. The DMARC report from Comcast indicates my  emails pass DKIM and SPF checks.

Not all users use webmail to add the addresses to their address books.

More details:

Here is part of a message header for a email sent to the SPAM folder. I believe the X-CAA-SPAM: F00001 and X-Xfinity-VMeta: sc=107.00;st=dce tags may be of use to Comcast.

I started a reddit thread, and a Comcast rep there was able contact the correct department to  request that the vendor supplying email domain reputation information to us reset the reputation on the domain.

I can now send email to Comcast customers without emails going to Spam.

@ComcastDena I am having the same problem as musikgeek. Many messages from our church domain are being sent to spam for our members that have Comcast email addresses. I see this happening in my own Comcast email account and there seems to be no "training" effect from marking messages "Not Spam." Are you able to help us with this?

Hey, pastorbily! Thank you for taking the time to reach out and being part of the Comcast family. I'd be happy to take a look and find out what's going on with your sent email going to your receivers Spam. In order to get started can you please send me a private message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right?

I am having the same issue with our emails.  They pass all of the authorization, but get caught as spam.  The header is

X-Xfinity-VMeta sc=290.00;st=spam

What is the process to get us off the spam list?

@NextRockDoug I think you can pretty much give up. The offer to chat and reach some solution is bogus. All they will do is send you boilerplate about spam. Comcast knows this is happening, but does not care. The only thing that works is each individual recipient adding each individual address you send mail from to their Comcast address book (in the Xfinity mail web interface). There is no whitelist function, no way to whitelist a whole domain. Again, Comcast doesn't care and doesn't provide any way to "get off the spam list."
