E-mail from a specific address is being blocked by Comcast

All incoming e-mail from the address technicalsupport@welchallynhome.com has been blocked by Comcast since 5/9/2023. No problems before that date. It may affect all addresses in that domain. The company, Welch Allyn, advises that there are reports from other users of the same issue, with different ISPs. I created a new login with a Gmail account and the mail was sent to the spam folder and I was able to whitelist it successfully. But with the Comcast account it's not even making it to the spam folder. How do I get this whitelisted or unblocked?

@XfinityDaveL Can you post the solution here, or at least give a hint? I'm having the exact same problem - emails from my doctor's web portal are no longer reaching me, not in my spam folder, think they're just being blocked at the ISP level before they even get to my mail account - server with this problem is 104.193.19.19, and I don't find it on any public blacklists, but I almost never get his emails. Even more bizarre, I did get one this morning, but prior to that the last one I got was on 3/6/23 and he sent me a over a dozen emails during those two dates and I got none of them. This kind of inconsistent delivery of email has also occurred with my bank, but it's a different issue - sometimes they go into the spam folder, sometimes they get delivered. Forwarding isn't a solution if an email is blocked before it reaches Comcast's email servers, and it doesn't work for email that ends up in the spam folder either - Comcast spam rules are applied first and no further rules are processed, so I can't whitelist a sender who ends up in my spam folder.
