email distribution group send issues
I have several email groups that I have been sending to for a couple of years with no issue. I put my email address in the To and the group in BCC.
Suddenly couple weeks ago, this stopped working. None of the groups are over 40 recipients. If I put the email group in to To...it sends. But in BCC no one gets the email. I have researched and cannot figure out how to resolve. Don't like putting it in To because some people do Reply All and everyone gets [Edited: "Language"] they do not need in their inbox.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your email, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance. Is this happening when you access your email online through a web browser, or are you using an email client like Outlook or Apple Mail?

I do not see my reply so will do again. I am using Outlook client. Update on problem. I managed to contact a real person with Xfinity and a ticket was created and problem escalated. I never heard back on ticket but 2 days after contact, email started working properly again. No idea what was done.
