Email auto forwarding is not working

Automatic email forwarding does not seem to be working. I have configured it according to the directions (settings > forwarding > enter email address). The only two emails that get forwarded are my monthly bill notifications from Xfinity and emails from my congressperson. I have tested with several external addresses and turned off spam filtering.

If I select "save a copy" I can see emails coming into the account. But it never gets forwarded to address in the forwarding setting.

Hello @A7vSU3pl0 and thank you for your post. We see your chat message and have responded but also wanted to make sure you have a response here too. I see you have already followed the correct path to forward. Just one thing I would like to double check. Did you put a check mark in the Enable email forwarding box, and type the email address you would like your email forwarded to?

My Xfinity mail account is not forwarding. It stopped on its own. Forwarding was working until about two days ago. I checked the settings and they have not changed, i.e., the enable forwarding box is checked and the address that I want my mail forwarded to is correct.
