Hello @fleawillie, Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your day to leave a post on our community forum, and we would be happy to help. Is this for your Comcast email or another third-party email? Have you set up a rule for the emails or marked the emails as spam?

@XfinityChelseaB No I have not.  I do not want it sent to spam. I want it rejected with the sender knowing that it was rejected in order to keep them from emailing me in the future.

@fleawillie, thank you for that update, I appreciate it! If that's the case, go to Settings > Security > Email Safe List & Blocked Senders in Xfinity Webmail to add unwanted addresses to your blocked list.

  • Custom Filter Rules:
    1. Go to Email Settings > Filter Rules and click + Add new rule.
    2. Set a condition for the sender's address under the "From" or "To" field.
    3. Add an action to Reject with reason or Discard to prevent the email from reaching your inbox.
