I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your email address, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this issue. When you say you lost the email, are you referring to it no longer showing up on a device, like a phone, or you are not able to access it on the Xfinity website?
https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite <----- try here. If you have been using a third party email app and have not logged in to webmail recently, it may have been dropped. If going to the link I provided doesn't work try Customer Security Assurance:
