To gain further understanding of the situation, how long have you had this particular email address and when did you notice that it changed?

I have had this email since the first day Xfinity came out. I just saw it change today.

user_yuq1cv Thank you for the additional information! I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Security Assurance (CSA) Team for assistance. They are really good when it comes to email concerns, and will be able to pinpoint the concern.
