email address stopped working
My secondary email stopped working about 2 weeks ago. It was an old account that has transferred with me for many years. It says to reset the password but it doesn't have a phone number attached to it and was created under a previous account. I need help to re-activate it. I use a third party app but also cant access directly through the xfinity site.
