Email account

I have several comcast.net email accounts for my family on my Xfinity account.  I tried to access one of those accounts to allow 3rd party access.    When I log in to my xfinity account, I see only my comcast.net email account.    Previously I could see and control all of the accounts.

What do I need to do access my family's email accounts?

@HoFrazier If the email accounts in question have not been used in 90 days, they will go inactive. The user will need to log in with their Xfinity ID and password and attempt to reactivate their inbox. However, we recently made it so new email accounts could not be created and if the users did not have an active Comcast email address, you will not be able to create one moving forward.

The users in question do not have an Xfinity account, only a Comcast.net email address on my Xfinity account.  These email accounts were established around 15 years ago.  I can’t ‘see’ these accounts when I log into my Xfinity account any longer, but the accounts are ‘active’.

Thank you so much for that clarification @HoFrazier.  Are you able to confirm whether they have had issues with accessing their email accounts prior to your attempt?

They don't currently have a problem with the account except that I cannot allow 3rd party access.

How can I access the account so that I can enable the 3rd party access?    Previously (many years ago), I could log into my account and control the other user accounts.   I don't see any method to do that now.   I see only my email account details.

Thank you for the clarification @HoFrazier. If you have the user ID and password for those other accounts you should b able to access the settings on the accounts.

I don't have the username and passwords for my family's accounts.   I just want the ability to control the functionality of those accounts by logging in as the 'primary' account holder.   Is that no longer possible?
