downloading email to my computer

I would like to download my saved emails to my computer. Is there a way to do this?

@valene_brown Thank you for reaching out on the Xfinity Community Forums. You would need to look into a 3rd party program to accomplish what you are trying to. We do not have that option within the email area of Xfinity.com

I would suggest Thunderbird.  It's one of the more popular 3rd party email clients.

If you need help setting it up, you can make a new post.  😉  There's always someone "home" here.
