Dissapearing Emails

3x's now emails I have received and read, put in trash but NOT deleted have just gone missing. I didn't delete for what ever reason, that's why I kept them. This last one, today was important since it contained info on my 401K.  WHY is this happening ???

I have reset/unplugged my modem (seems to be your answer to all problems)

Very unacceptable Comcast .........................

Why are you putting emails you want to keep into Trash rather than putting them into a folder to save?  Have you tried to recover them?  In webmail, click on the three bars next to the word Trash and then on Recover Deleted Items.

It is not safe to put e-mails in trash if you wished to save them. Moving them to a folder would have been much better. Most E-mail servers remove trash E-mails within 7 days.

If you don't recover your 401K, you should be able to have them e-mail another copy to you.
