Why am I being denied access to my comcast email account on the internet?

Do you have a current email account with Xfinity?  If yes, what error messages are you getting when you go to https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite ?

Have you transitioned to Yahoo! Mail, yet?  If so, log in at https://login.yahoo.com or https://mail.yahoo.com with your comcast.net credentials.

Are you receiving some type of error code when trying to access your email?  
Can you tell us how you are logging in to your email?  Are you using a third party program or are you logging in with a web browser through your Xfinity.com login?  

Any non-personal details you can provide are welcome and appreciated!
