Deleting emails does not reliably sync between my phone and Outlook on my computer
A few years ago I switched from using POP3 to using IMAP for the native email client on my Android phone, Samsung Galaxy S9+ and also in Outlook 365 on my Windows 10 computer. Until a few months ago, if I deleted an email from the inbox on the phone or the computer, it would disappear from the other device within a minute or so. After that, the email deletion only syncs between the two reliably if I delete the email on the Samsung Galaxy S9+. If I delete it in Outlook on my computer it doesn't always disappear from the phone. I suppose someone here will say to contact Samsung or Microsoft and I am posting the question on those forums also but I figure it is prudent to ask the question on all three forums. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, @donander. Sounds like some settings were changed on their own. Are any of the emails deleted older before the IMAP change? The best step is to delete the account on outlook and sign in again to resync. If the doesn't work, let me know.
