I think this is Malware.

If so, Comcast should inform the public.

I received this email: ... CLICK HERE TO LISTEN ... I think this is Malware ...

Can't say for sure without knowing more, but "click here to listen" links in an email or a text message is one of many tricks used by scammers. I think your impression is probably correct. Especially if you don't subscribe to a service that routinely sends such messages, do not click!

Howdy sgtjdc 👋 I appreciate you taking the time to share with us the unusual email you received. Scam and phishing emails are becoming evermore sophisticated as time goes on, so being vigilant with things like this is more important than ever! While it's not uncommon to receive an email alerting you to a voicemail if you're subscribed to Xfinity voice services and have your notification preferences to alert you to such, if you don't have these services then it is definitely an email we would not be sending.

Anytime you feel as though you've received an email that is a scam or phishing attempt, we highly encourage you to report it directly to our Customer Security Assurance team for further review at internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse 👍 I also encourage you to visit the FTC webpage on Scams as it's chalked with lots of awesome information to further protect yourself against information pirates in the future!

I received the same email today. I forwarded to abuse@comcast.net. But this is serious. Lot of people will fall for it because it comes from C0MCAS†  [Edited: "Personal Information"]
