Crazy Login Behavior
Yesterday on my Mac Monterey, I tried to access the Comcast account to view my email. I have two addresses. One of my email addresses wouldn't take. It kept reverting to the page where I had to keep entering my user ID. I closed the tab and opened a new one. Then I learned that one had to log out of the account in order to access another email address, unable to view both at the same time. Why does Google allow this and not Comcast? Then, I noticed no direct link to the user forum. Today I had to open a new tab when the site seems to request the same login information over and over again. I tried to reopen the site on a new tab; but the page took too long to download. Later on my Widows 11, I figured out that Yahoo now handles the email accounts, which require some setup. However, these sites have erratic behavior.

Hello @likeitisteller and thanks for posting on our Xfinity Community forums.
Thanks for sharing your experience, that does sound frustrating. Browser-based apps can sometimes behave inconsistently, especially with multiple logins or cached sessions.
A few quick things that may help:
- Try using a private/incognito window when switching between accounts
- Clear cache and cookies if you notice repeated login loops
- Make sure pop-up blockers or extensions are not interfering with sign-in pages
- Use separate browser profiles if you regularly access multiple accounts
If the issue continues, it may help to check browser updates or try a different browser entirely.
