count of archived emails

Is it possible to get a count of the number of emails archived, by archive folder? Is it possible to find out how much storage space is being used for each archive folder?

@PaulinSF

To get a count for any folder on a desktop or laptop computer, just hover your mouse pointer over it in the folder pane to the left of the Inbox page.  That's assuming you are using only the webmail UI and a browser.

Thank you, your assumptions are correct, and that did work.

If anyone knows how to check storage space used, I'm still interested in that as well.

In webmail, click on the gear icon and it will tell you how much storage space is used.

Hi there @PaulinSF!  Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support and voice your service concerns.  No worries!  You have come to the best place for assistance.  So that we can get started, please feel free to shoot us a direct message with your details so that we can get started.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it

Sorry, no. They only show the total for all folders, not the space used by each one.
