composing html emails not working

A couple of days ago I stopped being able to compose html emails as I've always done. The text area remains blank showing no signature as well. What's up with that?

It started with me two days ago. The weird thing now is that I can SEND email

AND my email client's filters are working, so mail IS coming in... but not to my

INbox. Really weird. Tech support was, of course, of no help. I've now changed

my password twice, but nothing changes...

Anybody out there have a solution, or is this (as I suspect) all on their end?

Is your issue related to composing emails in HTML?  If not, please start a new thread with your issue.

Also, please don't post the same message numerous times as that is spamming and is against the Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy.

I use Comcast Xfinity webmail and do not use an e-mail client. I have been having problems composing e-mails and replying to e-mails on my laptop. I usually use Chrome browser and have a Windows 7 PC.  (Do not have this problem when using my Smartphone email client.)  I would prefer to use laptop with keyboard which makes typing easier.

I use Xfinity webmail. For some time, I have been unable to compose or reply to an e-mail. I use Google Chrome on a Windows 7 PC. I have more than 1000 e-mails in inbox. Is this the problem?

I do not have any problems using e-mail client on my Android Samsung smartphone.
