Every time we send or reply to an email from a client that has a Comcast account our email goes to spam. We are loosing clients!  How do we get off of the spam list?

Are you a Comcast residential customer using residential email for your business?  Or, are you a business customer?  If so you should be posting in the Business Forums.  https://forums.businesshelp.comcast.com/

If neither of these apply, please give us more information.

However, if the first applies you might want to check out Google Workspace.

I am not a Comcast client for either business or personal. We use our domain hosted by webhosting pad and every client that uses Comcast cannot receive any email messages from us as they go directly to spam.
