If so, you would need to access your email from the Yahoo! Mail web portal. If your email is still associated with our Xfinity Email web portal, you can access your email by visiting https://www.xfinity.com/email. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

If you are a new customer, however, you won't have an email account as Comcast stopped issuing them in June 2025.

You'll need to supply us with a bit more information. Were you able to access it through webmail? Are you using a third party email app? Getting any error messages and if so what are they?
