If you are a new customer, however, you won't have an email account as Comcast stopped issuing them in June 2025.

You'll need to supply us with a bit more information. Were you able to access it through webmail? Are you using a third party email app? Getting any error messages and if so what are they?

My Comcast’s.net email has not migrated to my Yahoo email. Why?
For now comcast.net email migration has become optional. Migration is done in stages, anyway. You may get an invitation at any time, but for now you aren't obligated to migrate.
