Are you not able to sign in to your email?  Not able to find where to sign in?  You will need to give us more details before we're able to help you.*

If you are a new customer, however, you won't have an email account as Comcast stopped issuing them in June 2025.

You'll need to supply us with a bit more information.  Were you able to access it through webmail?  Are you using a third party email app?  Getting any error messages and if so what are they?

For now comcast.net email migration has become optional.  Migration is done in stages, anyway.  You may get an invitation at any time, but for now you aren't obligated to migrate.
