No I did not transition to YAHOO. For Some reson it is there & I do not know how to make it gone. I am 82 years old & always wait for daughter to come visit to fix it for me. If I try fixing something it does not work. I have the same thing using my cell phone & now Smart TV.

Did you make the transition to Yahoo? If so, you cannot revert to the Xfinity email. Or are you referring to something else?
