Nothing has been more ridiculous than being a member of Comcast out that they asked me what my password was and I made a 25 years ago I put in a new password and don’t recognize it. They don’t know who I am. How ridiculous admire you the Comcast company why isn’t it simple Years ago

How are you trying to access the email? Using only a browser and the webmail UI? Or a mail app on the phone? What happens when you try to sign into the account? Try with just the browser here----------

😀Howdy Kennedy2026. Doing the password reset is extremely easy.
To keep your account safe, it's a good idea to reset or change your password regularly. Xfinity knows you have a lot of passwords, and it’s easy to forget which one goes with which account. Here are some easy steps to keep your account secure.
If you have a verified email or mobile number, that’s your Xfinity ID.
If you know your password and just want to update it, you can do so at xfinity.com.

How do I delete my Comcast email or send to yahoo as I am no longer an Xfinity customer
If you no longer wish to use your comcast.net email, just don't use it - don't log in to it and it will eventually be deleted. Don't forward any emails from it, either.

To delete your Comcast email or upgrade it to Yahoo Mail, first, visit the Privacy Center and follow the deletion request steps if you want to delete your information. If you wish to upgrade to Yahoo Mail, sign in to your comcast.net email account at connect.xfinity.com. If eligible, you will see a prompt to accept Yahoo's terms. Note that you must sign in to each email account separately if you have multiple accounts. Ensure to download any emails with attachments over 25 MB before upgrading, as they will not be transferred.
