Comcast.net email

I am able to access my comcast.net email on my computer. I am not able to access it on my cell phone. New issue for me. it just stared today.

HELP!! I have been trying to get my email switched from Verizon to Xfinity for over 3 months. I'm 80, I followed all instructions and have gotten no place, keeps going to Xfinity email address not My Comcast account. Xfinity email [Edited: "Personal Information"] I need it to go to [Edited: "Personal Information"] , keep telling me can't use it. [Edited: "Personal Information"].

You have reached the right team that can take a look at this for you. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
To send a direct message:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window, please add your full name and address
• Press Enter to send it

@user_d3ewe0  Thanks for posting to the forum. It is good you can log in to the email account on your computer. That means it is active, and you can access it on other devices. Follow the steps here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-client-programs-with-xfinity-email to use it on your phone.

I am truly upset, it's an outage and I was doing my homework, this was the last day to turn in my homework, now because there's no Wi-Fi at my home I can't even turn on my homework, I am truly upset

user_otsoy7 We definitely understand how frustrating it would be to not be able to turn assignments in during a service interruption. I definitely want to let you know that we also have millions of Xfinity Wi-Fi hotspots available to you. I know it's not always ideal to have to travel to a different part of town to get internet to turn in assignments, I had to do it a few times myself for my kids during 2020 when they were all online.
