Are you accessing your email from the xfinity app or via https://login.xfinity.com/login? Also when logging in are you getting an error message or error code or are you getting invalid password or login?
Have you tried resetting your password to gain access back to your account yet?

My name Is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I received a text about my bill. Saying i have a missed payment. I am sorry. I have sechuled a payment for my missing payment and my next payment due at the end of the month. It should arrive by May 23rd.
Technically there would be the missing payment, no worries, with the scheduled payment arrangement it would satisfy that missing payment. Are the services meeting your entertainment needs well? Appreciate the heads up on this.
