Comcast notice Email Update
You have sent me a notice to that I need to update my acceptance for my Terms Of Service or my Email will no longer function after May 10, 2025. The notice asks me to click a line to send in new updated approval. The notice does not look legitimate and I do not want to respond until I know for sure the notice is actually coming from Comcast. Can you confirm you are requesting response to such a notice. My comcast email is [Edited: "Personal Information"]

If you check your email with Comcast's Xfinity Connect webmail (https://connect.xfinity.com/), look for the XFINITY Verified Email logo next to any message that claims to be from Comcast/Xfinity. Note that anyone can insert an XFINITY Verified image in the body of an email, so it's important to note not only the presence of that image, but that it is in the correct locations:
See https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/comcast-verified-email for examples of valid logo placement. A logo in the body of the email does not count.
Unfortunately, AFAIK the logo is not present when you view one of their messages in an email app or program. It's only visible when you use their web email site.
Messages like the one you got are almost always phishing/fraud. "Click here or lose your services" is a scammer classic. This message is most likely an attempt to steal your login and financial information.
Samples of recent phishing messages can be found at https://spa.xfinity.com/alerts under "Top Phishing Scams". To report a scam email to Comcast, follow the instructions under the "How do I report phishing email sent to or from a Comcast.net email account?" heading on https://spa.xfinity.com/help/email-abuse?faq=spam-email.

Hey @A1ChrisS. Thank you for taking the time to reach out and share your experience with us. Have you followed the steps that @BruceW has provided above? This is a great way to determine if an official Xfinity email communication was sent to you. You will need to log in to your Xfinity Email using the Xfinity Connect portal, but you will be able to quickly see if an official communication was provided regarding the Terms of Service.
