Comcast is offline

I can send email, using Apple mail, but cannot receive Comcast emails. It says offline when I go to mail accounts. Any thoughts? Thanks

You came to the right place for help and If I was in your position I would be reaching out right away since I use my email on the daily. Are you noticing if this issue is just with the Apple mail? Are you able to access the email through our Xfinity site and use it?

I am unable to synch folders or send/receive emails using outlook 365. have checked pop3 and SMTP settings ad passwords. I can access webmail and my iphone uses same connection and is working
