Comcast email

I’m not getting my emails from my email account. [Edited: "Personal Information"]? How come? Somebody told me because you guys have changed your servers? Is that correct?

Hello @user_vcxi99 and thanks for posting such a great question on our Xfinity Community forums!  

While we are in the process of allowing some users to migrate their comcast.net emails to Yahoo, we are doing so in stages.  You will receive a notification of that becoming available to you if you have not already.

Whether you have switched to Yahoo for your comcast.net email or not, can you please give us some additional specifics as to how you are trying to access your emails?  

Are you using a program like Outlook or Thunderbird, are you logging in via a web page?  

Please don't provide any account sensitive info, but any details you can provide will be helpful. 

Have you tried sending yourself an email to your comcast.net email from a alternate account to see if it goes through?

Is it all email you are not getting or email from a specific company or person?
