Comcast Email

Hello I am not thrill with Comcast and doubt even Comcast cares as they only care about ripping customers off and getting rich. U guys should had said once u merge with Yahoo  Mail u can not go back. U should had gave thema 30 day look and see if they like it or not  or to go back to Comcast or another Email Provider they prefer instead of forcing them to get Yahoo Mail and I am hoping someone brings a class action suit against u guys for this and not giving the consumers any rights if they don't want t merge with Yahoo or  give them the option to go back if they don't like Yahoo.com and if it has too many ADS and force to get YAHOO PLUS to get rid of ADS and other features u could told Yahoo's Comcast emailers will get free Yahoo plus and not basic. But comcast doesn't care all they care about is ripping off consumers and forcing them to pay high prices and when u guys respond on these forums u pretend u care because it what u are script to say and u really don't mean it and are laughing u [Edited: "Language"] your consumers. I am pretty sure u guys will not even bring this to your CEO of Comcast and say a lot of customers are not thrill about be force to get Yahoo and not a option to come back to comcast email.

Hey there, @Hawkster50032, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your email services. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the Yahoo switch! Once you accept Yahoo terms of service, Yahoo Mail will become your email provider, and you will only be able to access your comcast.net email via the Yahoo Mail platform. I will definitely submit your feedback. However, at this time, there is no way to switch back to Comcast email.

Right now migration to Yahoo! Mail is optional; for the most mart it's been put on hold, so you don't have to migrate any time real soon.  And no, if you want to switch to any other email service you can.  I know that Gmail allows that, but you have to have a gmail address in order to do that.
