Comcast email no longer working on iPad
A few days ago, my Comcast email stopped working in the mail app on my iPad. It just couldn’t connect and retrieve my email. I tried deleting the account and adding it back, but it won’t do that either. It just says “Xfinity is unavailable”. I can access my email on other devices or via the website, just not on my iPad. My login information is correct. Is this part of a more widespread problem? What can I do?

Hello @user_d5e046 and thank you for reaching out. I know how important it is to log into your email from the iPad. I would like to ask, have you tried resetting your network settings on the device?

I’m having the same problem and tried deleting and adding my comcast account with no luck either. My ipad is software is up to date. VERY FRUSTRATING!
