Comcast email moving to Yahoo

This is crazy I’ve been a Comcast

customer over 30 years actually when it was Fremont Cable. I was forced to move to Yahoo by performing a response to a question and it was on a Yahoo Mail. I entered my Comcast email and boom immediately gobbled up my Comcast email account and moved it to Yahoo. There were no choices to move or not. Yahoo free service is not good it’s ad paid. There ad free is $60 a year. I paid zero at Comcast/Xfinity. They have made a poor choice for Comcast customers who enjoyed their email on Comcast email servers.

@user_mte26 Thank you for sharing your feedback with transitioning to Yahoo via Forums. This is an upgrade we are offering customers at no cost so they can access their email on a better platform with enhanced security, more features, and a mobile app for easy access on the go.

If you're experiencing any service issues with your email now that it's part of the Yahoo server, you'll need to reach out to their customer support for assistance.

I would hardly call the transition to Yahoo an upgrade. For the money I pay a month - f'n hundreds, I honestly think it's a disgrace. I'm now going to consider switching all of my services.

I fully agree with the comments above.  I have had difficulty accessing all email and access to my account since being FORCED to convert to Yahoo. If I wanted Yahoo, I would have converted.   IF IT’S NOT BROKEN, DON’T FIX IT.  YOU HAVE GONE CHEAP AT THE EXPENSE OF ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS.
