Comcast email issue - cannot respond/reply to emails through my comcast account - see below for error message

Error message when trying to respond to emails via my comcast email account.

"server imap-east.ge.xfinity.com was refused or timed out while attempting to connect."

Please help.

Try to log out of your email completely, then clear your browser cache/cookies/history for all time, and log back in.

Thank you.  The email 'sent' problem seems to be working fine now.  Thank you for checking in.

My concern is another email requesting I log into Xfinity  re-long in for updates.

Is this SPAM for PHYishing?

If you needed to update anything, when you log into the app it would prompt for that. Always look at the sender of the email and hover over any links to see where it is actually taking you to.
