How are you checking the email?  Are you using a desktop client or a mail app of some kind?  Or just the webmail portal and a browser?

How are you attempting to access your Xfinity Email? Are you using a third-party email client, your mobile devices email app, the Xfinity Email web portal? 

 

For testing, could you please log into your Xfinity Email by using the web portal? This will help ensure the account is active, the username/password are correct and working, and if you can see the missing emails within the Inbox. You can access and manage your Xfinity Email by Clicking Here and logging in with your Xfinity ID and password.
