Changed password on secondary account and cannot send email from Outlook or Xfinity web mail.

I changed the secondary email password and now I cannot send email from that account.

Same Problem.. SMTP does not accept the changed password.  Have same problem with the same account on multiple PCs

Greetings, user_ie2i5i! Thank you for reaching out about the email box not working on our website or through Outlook. We are happy to help! Are you able to login to the Xfinity Connect email page and view the email box or do you get stopped at the login? Have you tried to clear your cookies, restart your device, and try again?

The deal is to re-setup your Outlook or iPhone/Android profile.  I think it is dumb that the SMTP is not accepting the new password.
