Hey user_ayyasp, thanks for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. Are you getting that error when you try to sign in or when you try sending a message? Also, does it have an error code?

The part before @comcast.net is very specific.  When you change that part you are basically creating a brand new email address.

You don't say where you changed your email address.  Did you change it on an email client like Outlook or Thunderbird?  Did you change it under your account at Comcast?
